At Digital Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the clothing is unworn and in its original condition.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number to monitor the status of your refund or exchange.
